Blue Rock

Blue Rock should be considered a P3/P4 site since it is a ridge site with at times strong thermals mixed in. Thermal flying close to the ground can be very risky since when you take a deflation (when not if) there is a good chance you will be close to the ground and your wing may not have time to recover.

This site is insured by USHPA and a current rating of P3 or higher is recommended. HG pilots are not permitted due to site logistics. For a site intro contact
